Today the last troops were pulled out.New orleans is still a dangerouse place and has not fully recovered from the disasturous hurricane that nearly wiped all of new orleans out. After the hurricane Louisianna owes 341 million dollars. The U.S troops were accountable for answering calls on domestice disputes, car crashes,and house alarms or bussiness alrms.
